Zun\u00e4chst etablierte und leitete sie das Gleichstellungscontrolling und \u00fcbernahm anschlie\u00dfend die Implementierung und Leitung des Strategischen und Operativen Berichtswesens im Rahmen der hochschulweiten SAP-Einf\u00fchrung an der Technischen Universit\u00e4t Berlin. Vor ihrer T\u00e4tigkeit an der TU Berlin war sie von 2011 bis 2013 f\u00fcr die Deutsche Telekom AG im Bereich Recruiting im Projektmanagement t\u00e4tig.
